Terms and Conditions – Airports Transfers Across The UK

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Rafal Ozga trading as Airports Transfers Across The UK (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) via our website, phone, or email.

1.2. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1.3. The Company acts as a private hire operator/agent. While we assist with any issues regarding the service, any legal remedy sought by the customer in respect of the trip shall be directed against the driver, not the Company.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, please contact us via phone.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking request.

2.3. Payments can be made in cash to the driver, via bank transfer, or inside the vehicle by card. The total price confirmed at the time of booking includes airport drop-off/pick-up fees, tolls, and clean air zone charges (e.g., CAZ/ULEZ), unless additional deviations to the route are requested by the passenger during the journey.

2.4. You are responsible for providing correct flight numbers, pickup times, and contact details.

3. Waiting Time, Meet & Greet, and Child Seats

3.1. Airport Pickups: We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from the actual flight landing time.

3.2. After the free waiting period, a charge of £20.00 will apply for the first 20 minutes, followed by £0.50 per minute thereafter, plus any applicable parking fees.

3.3. Address Pickups: 10 minutes of free waiting time is included. After this, waiting charges may apply.

3.4. Child Seats: The Company does not provide child seats. Passengers are welcome to use their own seats, which we can store safely for your return journey for an additional fee.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).

4.2. Cancellations made between 12-23:59 hours will incur a 50% charge.

4.3. Cancellations made less than 11:59 hours before the booking, or “No Shows”, are non-refundable.

5. Luggage and Passengers

5.1. It is the passenger’s responsibility to book a vehicle large enough for their group and luggage.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle’s legal capacity.

5.3. All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

5.4. All luggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at the passenger’s own risk. The Company and the driver shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal items during the journey or if left in the vehicle.

6. Delays and Liability

6.1. While we monitor flights and aim for 100% punctuality, the Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, or items lost/damaged in transit).

6.2. We strongly recommend that passengers allow sufficient time for their journey, especially for airport departures.

6.3. The Company’s total liability for any claims arising from delays or failure to provide the service is strictly limited to the total value of the booking paid.

7. Passenger Conduct

7.1. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7.2. Any damage to the vehicle or excessive mess caused by a passenger will result in a cleaning/repair fee (soiling charge) of at least £100.00, payable immediately to the driver.
